"Our booking confirmation said that there were 4 beds included. Even though I had this on paper they denied this was the case. So I even ended up having to pay for an extra bed. It is NOT ok to advertise and confirm a service that is then not included and they charge extra. There was a lot of noise from the street until late night and early morning. Overall a very unpleasant stay."

"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."

"I went there with my partner for 1 week and we had a really good time. We hadnt much look with the weather what wasnt that bad, because it was so cosy inside with the oven. :) The communication with Benjamin was perfect and when we had questions, what was also 1 or 2 times the case, Benjamin was super fast in answering. We can totally recommend! "

"It was the worst hotel I have ever seen, there was no cleanliness and hygiene at all. Never stay in a place like this. It was a very boring and creepy place. We didn't stay there, we left immediately anyway. Our money was not refunded. I couldn't believe how you included such a hotel on your page."

"Rengøring ok, men tålte ikke et nærmere tjek. (Døde fluer på hylder og spindelvæv flere steder). Ualmindeligt svært at finde el- og vandmåler for aflæsning ved ankomst. Selve huset og indretningen var fint omend huset er noget lavloftet nogle steder (primært døråbinger). "
