“I did not enjoy the hot room and it was the 4th floor, concrete walls and ceiling which abdirb heat. The air conditioner did not cool the room. It didn't get cool until then early morning. Then accidentally I left a zip lock bag of expensive perfume, electric toothbrush and toothpaste along with a little travel soft rubber travelsize container with oil soap. No one ever contacted me back that they found it or not. Very disappointing as that was about $200 of my personal goods.”

“The room we paid for was very small. There was hardly room to walk around the bed. There was a rustic bench to put items onto, no cabinet with draws. The bathroom was down the hall, and the window was wide open at 9 p.m. allowing a gale to blow through. I closed it. The sitting space outside the room was always cold. There is rustic and then there is deferred maintenance. The furniture is very well used, the carpet had hole in it on the stairs. No one offered to help us carry luggage up……
