“The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“We were a returning customer couple, since we had a great stay with them a few years ago. This time, the room available was upstairs and smaller, but with a garden view. The gardens are still kept very tidy and added to our pleasant stay. We had the dinner at the hotel which was excellent again. It is very easy to access the Park and Ride to get into the city centre (we were there for the revamped castle just recently reopened this summer). “Upon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior. The garden was lovely, the spa facilities was beyond expectation, more so, the beer spa which we booked in for, was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, the food was outstanding, the best 3 course meal we've ever had. “From start to finish our stay was lovely! We called the night prior to make sure everything was okay and Tim was very nice to speak with and even offered to collect us from the train station! He was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre and has a lot of restaurants and bars on the walk down.
