「Front desk staff ( Caroine) were pleasant, professional and helpful.
Overall, this property offers the business/ casual travellers a great location in downtown Norfolk with easy access to waterfront activities, nearby parking, convention spaces, a terrace pool, and limited dining but with better choices nearby. Loss of MacArthur Mall is a significant blow to the downtown vibrancy.
And time has exacted its toll on the property which needs cosmetic attention in virtually all areas.」

「酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。
但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。

「The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!」
