「The venue was as described and in a fabulous location for my family. However some aspects of the accommodation were a little tired and well lived in as would be expected if the host/owners also use it. The cleaning was a little skimped on the bedroom carpets and the main seating area. The main entrance requires a new door lock for easier access other than through the boot room. 「We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. 「Brilliant location, quiet street, lovely throughout and the garden is a lovely addition」

「This property was situated adjacent to the beach with lovely sea views. The path down to the beach was right in front of the house so it only took a few minutes to walk down to the lovely sandy beach. It was also just a short walk into the town centre. So, all in all, the location was perfect. There was parking for 2 cars at the property but the other guests managed to park in a nearby street so no-one had to pay extra for parking. 「I was worried about the downstairs bedroom being cold and I messaged the host. He replied straight away and sent round a heater. Turns out I didn’t need it - once the heating kicked on the basement was toasty warm. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no pods for the washing machine but overall it was a lovely stay, thank you. 」
