“The house was amazing, a home from home. It had everything you could need and more. Fabulous view of the river, boats and paddle steamer from the balcony. There's a 5-10 min walk to the shop and small cafe also The Swan Pub, 2 other pubs just few mins further down. Best to book though. Food amazing! Hired boats from Herbert Woods, Potter Heigham, the Seals at Horsey Gap is a must! Not forgetting The Radar Museum, Defford, visit to Wroxham & Norwich Cathedral.”

“We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which……

“Brilliant location, quiet street, lovely throughout and the garden is a lovely addition”

“This property was situated adjacent to the beach with lovely sea views. The path down to the beach was right in front of the house so it only took a few minutes to walk down to the lovely sandy beach. It was also just a short walk into the town centre. So, all in all, the location was perfect. There was parking for 2 cars at the property but the other guests managed to park in a nearby street so no-one had to pay extra for parking. The property was well equipped with plenty of glasses, crockery……

“I was worried about the downstairs bedroom being cold and I messaged the host. He replied straight away and sent round a heater. Turns out I didn’t need it - once the heating kicked on the basement was toasty warm. We did run out of toilet paper and there were no pods for the washing machine but overall it was a lovely stay, thank you. ”
