It had some essentials for cooking your food in the apartment, but if you’re a first timer, be sure to plan your stay with cleaning products like dish soap, sponge, paper, towel towels, trash bags, toilet paper, things of that nature as essentials for staying for more than a couple days. “It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.”

“The property was spotless, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even apologized for some noise coming from a neighboring property, despite it being completely outside their control. Their communication and hospitality were excellent throughout our stay. If you’re visiting New York or the surrounding area, this is a property you definitely shouldn’t pass up. “We walked in, a huge dead roach is on the floor, there was absolutely no cleaning done to this place. Living room tv is not working, I wanted to make coffee this morning thanks for the coffee maker and the coffee by the way, but there’s no mugs to pour the coffee into so I have to drink my coffee out of a bowl like a dog. “Upon arrival we noted that the property exterior was littered with trash and broken glass. It was also noted that there was nowhere to park your car except on the street. Property interior did not resemble the pictures that were posted online (compare what we saw with what is online). The neighborhood was sketchy, slum like and did not feel safe. We didn’t feel safe nor were the accommodations even marginally acceptable. ”

“Had a wonderful stay here, hosts were responsive and timely on all messages, check-in was seamless, the place was very clean and smelled nice, looked exactly like the photos, comfortable bed and temperature inside was perfect, will stay again if back in the area! ”

“I was excited for my trip but unfortunately I wasn't able to locate the apartment not only because there was no clear instructions but I was scared to get out of my car. I was visiting with my mother and the location was filled with homeless and people loitering everywhere. Although the place looks nice on the pictures, the surrounding area is absolutely terrifying. Would highly recommend anyone who cares about safety to stay very far away from this place. Ended up getting a place in montclair.……
