Great personal Hotel

I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. The owner is so friendly and everything is so personal. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the people were very nice.

Location is great, and decent room for the price. But this does have the feel of kind of a dingy hotel. The lighting in the rooms is awful. They’ve remodeled but still feels old and run down. Bed was ok. Tv was odd, it’s streaming only and you had to reconnect to the internet every time. Liked that they have a fridge and microwave in the room. No hot water for a shower at about 9am on a Saturday. Had to wait till like 10. The breakfast was sad. Some stale bread and pastries, bad coffee. But for the budget price I’d probably stay again.

Main complaint is that the room did not feel clean - the towels and sheets had stains and there was a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod when we arrived. The lobby and breakfast area were more comfortable. The staff were welcoming and nice. The breakfast was ok.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast offerings, while modest, were of high quality especially the fruit. My only complaint was that the toilet in my room did not properly shut off, resulting in a lot of wasted water.

It’s obvious that they’re in the middle of rehabbing the place. It’s not bad and I would stay there again. The staff is absolutely great.The window didn’t have curtains that closed so the streetlights glared in all night.

This property is in serious disrepair. The staff are attentive and do their best, but the amenities are awful. The pool was a cesspool. Broken windows, barely working A/C. Clogged showers. This place needs work. I will say the room was at least clean and it was quiet.
