“Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google……

“The hotel location is very convenient, the free shuttle bus stop is just across the road. The decor is modern and the room size is good enough for two persons. The room was clean with a good size bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay. ”

Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
