“Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google……

“My room at 1st floor is facing a public road and there is sound from engine. Thus, it's a bit noisy.”

“The hotel location is very convenient, the free shuttle bus stop is just across the road. The decor is modern and the room size is good enough for two persons. The room was clean with a good size bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay. ”

“The room is small but functional. Shower is strong, breakfast is good. Reception is helpful, hotel is 5 min from metro station, reasonably convenient. ”

“The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. Breakfast……

“Super small toilet where you can hardly sit. The host is not very nice and comes over as if he has an attitude problem. Breakfast is served only from 9 am until 9.45 am. That's a bad joke. ”
