「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Das Künstlerhaus liegt in einem Vorort von Rouen, dennoch ist es nachts absolut ruhig. Es hat Charme und bietet auf engen Raum jeden Komfort. Es eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen von Rouen ( sehr leicht mit dem Stadtbus erreichbar ), den wundervollen Abteien St. Martin und Jumieges - selbst der Traumgarten von Monet ist gut erreichbar.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend. hilfreich und freundlich.Empfehlung für eine ungewöhnliche und schöne Unterkunft!」
