Inside this modern, delightful beach villa, experience a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and quality furnishings. Enjoy the eco-friendly environment and views from the upper balcony and lower deck of the water fountain feature and birdlife along the lagoon. Venturing out within the security of the fully gated South Shores community, take walks through the landscaped gardens, have fun time at the swimming pools and picnic/barbecue and socialise in the reserve areas. Just a short walk along the boardwalk to take in the pristine Normanville beach coastline.
This fabulous villa features reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and offers the benefits of open plan living style on the upper level, with adjoining and generous size kitchen, living and dining areas and outlook view to the balcony deck and lagoon. Enjoy the Zazen water filter system, Breville coffee maker (some pods supplied) and other kitchen amenities which include hotplates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Tucked around the corner from the kitchen is a separate laundry with washer and dryer.
The living and dining areas have exquisite décor and comfortable furniture. The living room is equipped with ceiling fan, SMART TV/sound bar, movies to watch, many books for the avid reader and board games. Bifold doors open out from the dining room to the balcony deck where you can socialise, have a drink and barbecue on the gas Webber, whilst admiring the scenic view.
The hallway that leads out from the kitchen, living and dining areas provides easy access to a powder room for guests. Further along the hallway is the luxe master bedroom, with king size bed and ensuite with bath and separate shower. The master has an extra split system air conditioning system, ceiling fan and wardrobes for your convenience.
The second and third bedrooms, both with queen size beds and built-in wardrobes, are located on the lower level. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and small study desk; the third bedroom has bifold doors opening out onto your own private balcony area. These bedrooms have access to a large size second bathroom conveniently located close by.
The villa has a carport with spaces for parking 2 cars. No access to the garage area.
