The hotel is as convenient to the airport as it could possibly be. It is closer to walk to the airport from the hotel than it is to walk to the airport from the airport parking lot. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint that I had was that the A/C never got the room cool.

Hotel and room generally OK - water pressure in shower really low. Breakfast really expensive for what it was - especially for the kids there was not a lot of options.

Dinner was outstanding, receptionists friendly and efficient, I left my computer in my room and they were excellent shipping it to US. Would like phone in the room for wake up call. Excellent value.

Nice hotel. Very clean. All three in our party were too hot at night. The thermostat did nothing to cool the room down. Not sure if there is any air conditioning at all. Had to open the window but that was not effective and meant the curtains had to stay open. Great staff and great breakfast!

About the air conditioning, thermostat should be able to regulate the temperature of the room between 18 and 25 degrees, when something like that happen you can always let our reception staff know we are always there to help and find a solution. Nice clean place but totally disappointed with a fee of an extra DKK 400 for 1 hour extra stay. Equal to 70% of 1 night stay - and then even on a Sunday checkout. That's taking advantage.

Jeg er dog ked af at læse kommentaren vedr. sen check-ud. Vi tager kr. 400,00 for sen check-ud, men er normalvis også fleksible på 1 times senere check ud. Dog kan vi i perioder hvor vi er fuld booket, være nødsaget til at afvise muligheden, eller være nødsaget til at opkræve gebyret for at tilpasse rengøringen. Everything was great. I think, though, that your staff was a little over-worked after 5 pm. The restaurant was almost full after about 6 pm and it seemed that one fellow was working the front desk, the bar and the restaurant and the other was apparently cooking, waiting tables and clearing up tables. I was really impressed by their efficiency and ability to multi-task, but I think one more body would be appropriate.

Place is fine for a quick stay before an early flight. Room seemed recently renovated but is still a bit basic. Otherwise a simple and clean place.

Nice enough place . There is no chef available on Saturdays. It would be good if i had been informed of this when booking. The bed was two singles put together despite booking a double.
