“The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay!”

“Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,……

“A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. “All the essentials, easy check-in and checkout, literally steps from the beach. AC worked wonderful the whole time we were there, and hot water ample. Groceries and especially ice are easily twice as much as they are in the US just beware. Would recommend bringing your own flavored water and energy drinks in your checked luggage. “Vacations go fast and this one was no different.. we would have liked to stay extra time at the villa.. everything was clean, neat, well organized.. the kitchen was great!.. We requested 4 extra days from Denise and thank God it was available, she confirmed it rightaway..we had some not so good weather and that was a shame.... I have nothing but good things to say about the villa, and if available, we would love to stay there again.. hopefully, we can do it again soon.... !”

“Heaven on earth! From inquiry to check out this was the easiest rental we have stayed in in over 20 years of vacationing as a family. The villa is exactly as you see in the photos and description. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi worked great. This is the most spacious and updated villa. The only downfall was that we didn’t stay longer! We are already planning our next visit! Thank you Ryan! ”

“Great condo, loved the location, there were lots of thoughtful items included in the condo. The only suggestions would be to have a couple extrs blankets for the beds for those who are cold blooded, and instructions sheets for the tv.Unfortunately the swim up pool bar close yo the condo was not open most of our days we were there, and the pool water was cloudy with lots of sand in the pool.”
