“Very nice”

“Another great stay. Great host and property manager. It’s a 1 min walk from door to water. Listing says 4 mins and that doesn’t do it justice! You are beach front. Very convenient but private. We never saw more than 8 people across 3 1/2 miles of beach.”

“Nice clean villa steps to the beach. As advertised. The only issue was the internet which kept dropping off. This trip was partly a work trip so a functioning internet was important to me. The host Yvette was very responsive via the text however individual answering the phone number provided at the property was not helpful at all. Would recommend unless internet is really impitoyable you”

“Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. Check in was very easy……

“Clean and roomy, absolutely beautiful beach, quiet area. Really recommend if you want a calming vecation. Dough (the host) was really easy to communicate with and will answer the same day if you have any questions. You should have a car or golfcart to get around. ”

“The property is conveniently located near enough to Marsh Harbor to be able to quickly go there to buy groceries or go to restaurants etc., but far enough away so you feel like you are the only person or people on the beautiful Treasure Cay beach. Unit has cook top, microwave and small fridge, but with a separate freezer so you can buy a few frozen foods for convenience.”

“Lovely group of small beach villas with a pool, laundry, and gorgeous beach a short walk away. Nice quiet getaway from the crowds you encounter at most beach communities.”

“What a perfect location for spending time with family and making memories! Majority of our time we spent kayaking, fishing, boating, swimming and lounging on the beach. The home was clean and had many “extras” that we didn’t have to buy when we arrived (i.e. spices, toilet paper, coffee filters). The sea life was beautiful…every morning we woke up to 3-4 sea turtles off the dock. We named them all, but Roger was our favorite!Misty was AMAZING and responded to all my questions promptly. She also……
