I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel! Everything was perfect! Staff was great, parking was easy, everything was clean! My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Staff is very courteous. Room was not as clean as it should be but ok. Main issue with this property is the traffic noise and noise from the thru-the-wall HVAC unit which due to the very cold temps wanted to run a lot; even shutting it off, the fan would come on for 15-20 seconds periodically.

Staff were good and the room was clean. Bed is comfortable and room is fairly large. Couch is uncomfortable for prolonged sitting. Not having a cafe/restaurant open Tuesdays and Wednesdays or any breakfast bar is a bit inconvenient but there are other local options. Site location makes for some traffic noise in the room. But is a good value, at least at this time of year (winter after the holidays).

Super friendly staff, a free coffee bar in the lobby, loads of food and shopping options within walking distance, free on-site parking - what’s not to love! And the room was spotlessly clean and very very comfortable. We love this place!!!

We stayed here while attending a concert at Mass MoCA. The location was great. The hotel is dated but clean. There is adequate parking. Restaurants are limited in the area so plan ahead.
