「A good place for vacation.」

「The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the room's layout was a bit unusual. Our room overlooked the pool and had no windows facing outside, so there was no natural light. The only window was the patio door, which didn't open. It looked directly onto the pool, allowing us to see people swimming, and they could also see straight into our room. As a result, we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy. The room itself was very clean, and the beds were comfortable....

「The view is gorgeous, but the kitchen doesn’t open till 11 so what about breakfast in the morning and 11 is conveniently the check out time, our door was broken, and the bathroom had no hand soap in there for after the bathroom and we didn’t get a booklet for our stay even though everyone else did, the tv didn’t work for us for when we wanted to use it for night time as a like a buffer noise to sleep too, it was very hostile environment save your money up and get a lake cabin the experience will...

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel itself needs a refresher and general maintenance. Tap in bath was coming away from the wall, floor in workout room is cracked and peeling. Also, ceiling fan in workout room only has 1 blade which doesn't move hardly any air. A lot of simple maintenance jobs need to be completed for this hotel to look a lot better.」

The room was tidy but left a lot to be desired in terms of dusting in the corners, the finishing on the tub, -everything just dated! The a/c kept the room clean the fridge was in excellent working condition and the bed was small but comfortable! Parking was safe and secure!
