“The house was robbed during our stay. The back sliding doors on the deck do not lock properly and thieves seem to know it. We woke up to two men in our bedroom going through our wallets. Fortunately we woke up and chased them out of the house without injury to any of us staying in the house. The burglers knew exactly which door would be unlocked and my guess is that this house is a frequent robbery target. “Mike is the best and his outstanding written guide explaining the who, what, when and why for our stay was right on target. Everything you need was there!
