「Our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids (ages 7, 9, & 11) had a lovely time in paradise! The property was just as described & the kitchen had plenty of tools & gadgets. 「I can’t say enough great things about this property and the hosts. The Villa was spotless, perfectly located and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy the beach and all that Exuma has to offer. It’s literally right on the beach facing Elizabeth Harbor and a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beds are comfortable (even the Murphy bed) which is a must. 「Loved the house and experience during the trip. The owner was easy to communicate with as was the local house manager. The owner and manager made the a trip to Guana easy plan and helped with the logistics. We easily planned golf carts, a couple boat days, a chef for a couple night and a group to help provision the trip vs. having to shop for groceries. We'd happily visit again.」

「It's a good place and well described too. However, there are a few things we didn't like. First, the property needs to be fully upgraded. It was a bad smell of mold when we opened the door. I was so upset when I went to the Gym and just one treadmill works. Nothing else is working, no bike, no leg press machine plus everything pretty old and rusty.
