Sandsation: Direct Dune Access, Lakefront & Trailer Parking

Make Sandsation your home base for Oregon Dunes riding and time on Saunders Lake. Ride from the driveway to the sand along the neighborhood route in about 1½ minutes. After a day outside, relax on the deck, enjoy the backyard firepit, or unwind by the lake.

THE HOME
This three-bedroom, one-bathroom home sleeps up to seven guests:
• Two bedrooms with king beds
• One bedroom with a twin bed and a twin bunk bed
The home also has a full kitchen, living area, washer and dryer, linens, deck, grill, firepit, and fenced front yard.

DUNE ACCESS
Guests can legally ride from the driveway to the dunes via the neighborhood route. The ride to the sand takes about 1½ minutes. NATURE & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
We cannot control nature, wildlife, or weather. Dune access may be restricted or closed by authorities or due to changing conditions, and closures are outside our control. Riding and other outdoor activities carry a risk of injury. Please follow posted closures, speed limits, and safety rules, and use your own judgment when deciding whether conditions are safe.

PARKING
The front driveway is about 40 feet wide by 60 feet long and comfortably fits two 2016 Toyota Tundras with 24-foot enclosed trailers, plus one additional vehicle. Space beside and behind the house can accommodate individual vehicles and sand toys. Share your vehicle and trailer lengths if you would like us to confirm fit.

SAUNDERS LAKE & WATER TOYS
The access area behind the house is private to guests, while Saunders Lake itself is shared. A paddle boat and canoe are available. Water levels vary seasonally and can be very low; the water toys are generally best used from March through August. During low-water conditions, you may need to transport them to the boat launch down the road. Ask us about current conditions if paddling is a priority.

PETS & GUESTS
Up to two pets are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Maximum occupancy is seven people at all times, including visitors. Parties and events are not permitted.
