「Nice place! House instructions should be updated. Couldn’t get TV to work which was fine. Hot water didn’t work , tank had to be reset.」

「This was the perfect place for our romantic anniversary getaway in Asheville. Ken and Patti are delightful hosts.and the entire stay was wonderful. We plan on returning in the future.」

「What an absolutely fabulous place!! This was probably the most pleasant cabin we’ve ever had the opportunity to really enjoy.. The chalet looks nicer than the pictures. Everything was clean, organized, private, peaceful and comfortable (i.e. bedding, seating in living area, etc.).And, of course, the amazing view of the water was worth it all, Spending time just listening to the sound of the river was so therapeutic. The location is one mile up the mountain on a bumpy dirt road, allowing you...

「We had a great trip at the property. It was at an awesome location. Super clean and updated. We cooked a few times and it had everything we needed. If we are ever back in the area, we will check availability here first bc we would love to stay again. If I had any questions, I heard back from the host within minutes.」

「Property was very clean and well kept a little little miscommunication with the host but overall a good trip and well worth it」

「This was a perfect spot for our family! Great access to hiking, we even tried the neighborhood trails- amazing views of Grandfather at sunset! We’ll definitely be back. Elizabeth is a great host!」

「Overall a great place be mindful of road traveling in and out cars can access but very carefully as ground clearance is going to cause scraping along the way the higher the ground clearance the better you are suvs will have no issues other than that and that’s nothing major at all the place is fantastic beautiful river view from deck over river comfortable beds and very clean cabin. cabin is very cozy feeling like home away from home would recommend this place to anyone and very likely we stay...

「Very cosy chalet nice tv all kinds of accommodations and an incredible porch view」

「We lived this place! It is not a typical cookie cutter rental, instead it is homey and full of personality. Felt like visiting with a friend.」

「Everything was as advertised and more. Plenty of room for 4 families, the babbling creek was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels and supplies to get us started. We had a great time!」

「Perfect place!」

「Great property I love the fact there were multiple living rooms and we even had a chance to enjoy the movie room! The host was always readily available no matter the question and expressed a great sense of urgency. We stayed for almost 2 weeks. We would absolutely stay here again. We had 5 people & two dogs came for the Blowing Rock Charity Horseshow.」

「Would definitely stay again!」

「We had such a great time staying here! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals, and the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and utensils we could have asked for.One of my favorite parts was sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the deer and rabbits out in the meadow. It was so peaceful. The river was definitely cold, but that didn't stop the kids from getting in and having fun. We also caught several trout and...

「Amazing stay perfect home」

「The view was outstanding, the house was spacious and fun, the hot tub under the stars was perfect」

「This place was absolutely beautiful, not walkable to downtown; due to narrow steep mountain. However, the house was immaculate and warm and inviting. We had so much fun enjoying the scenery and playing games in the evening. Excellent for families. We can’t wait to stay there next time we visit Asheville. 10/10.」

「The property is lovely, well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It is a pleasure to experience the mountains in this home!」
