Very clean & the neighborhood is cute

Loved our stay here! Lots of restaurants within 5 min drive. Close to downtown as well. The kitchen has everything you might need if you decide to cook.

Great Stay in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic neighborhood near Park Circle. It comes with access to Paradiso with pool, workout facility and market. It's really close to all of the great restaurants, breweries, shops and Prophet coffee in Park Circle. The apartment has all the amenities needed for your stay, including two really comfortable queen size beds. And The Boroughs was a great company to work with.

Not a 10/10 stay. Do your research on the area.

I have stayed in many VRBOs for work and pleasure. This listing did not live up to the standards. The house - Clean but had its issues. Lots of walls and structures in the house were VERY marked up. The house had the cheapest towels and very limited. I would suggest bringing extras. Communication - When comminating via the VRBO app about asking for extra towels they never responded to my request. The internet/wifi - this was VERY spotty here and went off multiple times. When I reached out again on the VRBO app it was over 24 hours until a response about the internet. Neighborhood - You are literally 1 block away from a very rough area. This is in a pocket and on the edge of park circle. I admit it was on me to not do better research BUT it seemed very unsafe walking to your car at dark. Parking - there was not any clean instructions on where to park your car. After asking I was told to park across the street in a shared parking area. Again, issue with this of feeling safe walking to your car at dark. After countless stays with VRBO I would not recommend this unit.

Good overall

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few things that were off or would make it better/easier for others. -No trash cans except for 1st floor -Updated information for trash, parking, paradiso (maybe include a map) -This was also near a train track and it woke us up a few nights, I recommend bringing a sound machine. We used it every night after the first.

Great location

Cute, very clean townhome convenient to Park Circle and North Charleston. The pool access is a great bonus (there are not fobs in the home-- you have to ask at the pool desk). The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the basics we needed for cooking. It's quite small and the layout is really vertical, spread out over the second to fourth floors of the building. Not for you if you can't climb a lot of stairs! But we had a lovely stay, plenty of room for a family of four, and would definitely come back next time we are in town.
