Excellent tiwnhouse

We stayed at this property for 4 days. It is very large with alot of extras, such as linens, towels, games, ping pong, toiletries all included. It was an easy drive to downtown charleston. The management was very easy tocommunicate with. I would rwcimmwnd if tou dont want to spend the money to stay downtown

Cute house a short drive from downtown

We had a great stay here! The owners were not super responsive when we had a question, but thankfully there were no major issues. When we arrived there was some trash/cutlery left in the kitchen, but that was easy enough to clean up. It was great having 8 comfy beds! The house was cute, and perfect for our needs.

Girls Trip for my Birthday!

This condo was awesome! Super peaceful and beautiful sunrise on the deck. Spacious, Comfortable beds, and everything was clean, neat, and looked just like the photos. Super easy checking in and out. Would highly recommend to stay!

Nice rental but noisy location

The house looked as it did online, the beds were comfortable and had what we needed. The location was convenient to the convention center and had easy access to the highway to get downtown. The street the house is located on is very noisy with traffic, large trucks, and airplane noise from the proximity to the airport. Those guests staying in the rooms at the front of the house found the noise very disruptive overnight.

Best Townhouse

When I arrived to this location I must say the pictures on-line describe it to a tee. Very spacious, clean and in a great location. I will definitely stay at this location the next time I'm in town if its available. Nice restaurants in the area and its right across from the Outlets.

Loved the vibes until day 3.5

This property is adorably decorated, spacious & clean! Communication with the host started out great, we had an air conditioning issue and the host handled it swiftly and communicated well & answered a few other questions fairly quickly. The property is just as described in the listing and we loved the vibes. On day 3 1/2 into the stay I received a charge of 500. We were paid in full prior to arrival. I asked what the charge was for and was responded to quickly once again. It was for incidentals. I went back through communications and couldn’t find where I could expect this charge. I quickly messaged back and advised that this left my account with a negative balance and still had 2 days left of the stay. I told them I would be more than happy to pay for anything that would be broken or any other incidentals should that apply and requested the charge be reversed and that’s when communication halted until I received the check out reminder. We really enjoyed the property but after that we were nervous to exist in the house in fear of further charges. I struggled to leave a less than 5 star review because it really is a nice property and would recommend it, but want to make people aware they may receive further unexpected charges should they book.
