Perfect hybrid of home and hotel for our family of three. Interesting neighborhood with a good balance of privacy as well as community feel. Easy travel to the Coliseum, dining options, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

The home was very nice and met our needs while attending a convention. The reference to use of the club was a bit confusing. The daily rate was 50 per person (there were 3 of us). As we never had more than a couple of hours free, that was too pricey. We did enjoy are stay.

Great Stay!

Awesome little neighborhood that was quiet and perfectly within 20 minutes of all surrounding locations (downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, etc.). The property was clean and stocked with what we needed. We enjoyed visiting the area and biking to nearby breweries and downtown in the nice weather. Comfy beds! There are lots of stairs to get to the 3rd floor bedroom, so something to consider depending on your travel group. Would stay here or with Stay Duvet again!

Family week stay

Overall clean, nice and simple decorations, surrounding areas of the neighborhood seemed questionable and not the safest but once we were in the community it was very nice. The little store by the corner was great!.. nice coffee and breakfast for a quick meal. The carpets in the living room and upstairs in frint of the washer could use a replacement, they are dirty and not inviting for bare feet walking. Also, the refrigerator door opening to the right is very tight in that corner and pretty uncomfortable to get things in and out. Other than that I have to say the communication was excellent, I had to extend our stay a couple of times and the team was very helpful. We spent very little time in the unit as we were traveling for a tournament and spent most of the day outside, this home definitely worked for the three of us.

Great stay in North Charleston

Cute community with like homes and apartments. Felt safe and not alot of noise. Close to a lot of resturants and downtown. The home was very clean and everything you needed was provided. Quick text response to staff and they checked in on us via text several times during our stay.

Bird Song- N Charlesy

The property was exactly as pictured, description was spot on. The location was convenient to everything we needed wheather it be for the Blake Shelton concert, shopping in Isle of Palms or Meeting St/downtown area as I call it. The 2 of us ladies felt very safe. The Mixson area was so quaint, everyone was so friendly, it was surrounded by home owners & Air B&B’s. It was the special & thoughtful personal touches in this beautiful home. We found it extra clean, we smelt the cleanliness as soon as we walked in, which was a welcome surprise. We never felt the need to wipe down/clean when we walked in. The communication was always outstanding & response was always immediate. A few days before our scheduled arrival I received a very detailed email with everything we needed & much more. Of all VRBO’s I have stayed in I have never received such useful information & assured if we needed anything at all do not hesitate to reach out & concierge was available until 3am. We found that to be very comforting should we have needed anything . We could not have needed a thing as everything was well stocked. I would not hesitate a second to stay at this home or any other properties they offer. I have stayed at numerous places all over the US & I have never walked away we so many wonderful things to say about our experience/property/communication was outstanding. I highly recommend this property or any others they offer. I went off previous reviews and I couldn’t have picked a better plac

Excellent Place to Stay!

My mom and I decided, a couple of months ago, to take a trip to Charleston for a fist time visit. We checked out quite a few vacation rentals. Thankfully, we chose Bird Song. This place is so great. My dog, Zoey, even enjoyed herself. The townhouse is very nicely appointed and was a great place to call home while visiting Charleston. Bird Song was extremely clean and fresh. The beds/sheets were really comfortable. The neighborhood surrounding the town home is really nice with several parks and sidewalks to take a leisurely stroll. Bird House is also located within an easy driving distance to all that the Charleston area has to offer. We visited Magnolia Plantation, Sullivan’s Island and Downtown Charleston. These were all within a 20–40-minute drive. The check in and check out process was also top notch. Clearly the team at StayDuvet really know what they are doing. When back in the Charleston area we hope to stay at Bird Song once again. If you’re looking for a place…look no further. You nest has been found at Bird Song.

Nice little neighborhood short drive to everywhere

Very nice property in a cute little neighborhood. It was about 20 minutes drive to anything you wanted to do from downtown Charleston to plantations to the air craft carrier. The only hangup is that there were a number of small pictures that were not well installed. Also I never figured out where the switch was for the light above the kitchen nor the garbage disposal. Otherwise everything was great. The kids really enjoyed three flights of stairs and the washer machine and dryer was an added bonus.

Riverfront Revival

Was in town for a two day concert and could not have had a better time. Unit was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of decent restaurants within short driving distance. Off street parking was a pleasant surprise.

Charleston Tea

This was a sweet little property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. If your staying here the only two things you may want to consider is that the 1st bedroom is on 2nd floor and the 2nd bedroom is on the 3rd floor so there are a lot of steps; also the living area is not large so 4 people should really be your limit. Outside of that this is a great property. Good location. We came into town for a wedding and our anniversary weekend and were conveniently located to all parts of town. We didn’t have to drive more than 15min to get anywhere we wanted to go. Check in and check out we’re easy and the property was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this property if your visiting with 2-4 people.
