Beautiful House & Location

My childhood friends and I spent a fabulous week in this wonderrful home right in the middle of the Cape. The setting of this house is incredible with beautiful views of Pleasant Bay from most of the windows in the house. The bedroom settings worked so well for us because some like to rise very early and some liked to sleep in. WIth two bedrooms on one side of the house and two on the other, it was perfect. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for everyone with a lovely living room, great TV room and even a formal dining room. We spent a lot of time out on the deck which even had awnings for shade and rain protection. The location is very quiet and not far from lovely downtown Chatham with wonderful shops and restaurants. Centrally located for trips to the boat docks in Hyannis and Provincetown. A great time was had by all!!!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. The house was big enough for our whole family with plenty of room. The decks were gorgeous the kitchen had all of what we needed. Lots of different rooms to hang out in.

Great for my bachelorette party!

We had a fantastic time at this place for my bachelorette weekend! Fantastic space and lovely view. I got tripped up by the following, so I’m including to other potential renters as info: - Linens are an additional rental and fee. Yet another fee to have the beds made up for us prior to arrival. Just so you know. :) - While technically this place is walking distance to the beach, you first have to walk through a bog. I picked up 4 ticks on my pants on the walk to the beach, five coming back, so make sure you TICK CHECK! - The basement room was a bit musty as part of the check in/out process is to close all doors/windows, so we really had to try to air it out, which was a bit challenging as there’s not much of a cross breeze down there. We still survived. None of these were “game over”, just a heads up to know what to expect! We had a fabulous weekend at this place!

Waterfront Chatham

The house layout was perfect for us. The family of four with 2 grandchildren had one wing with their own bathroom. The adult children without children shared the other wing, and they each had their own bathroom. We seniors stayed downstairs. The views from the common rooms and most of the bedrooms were spectacular. We loved the fenced-in huge 2 story deck and playing corn hole on the back lawn.
