"Absolutely liked everything. Friendly Staff, everything superclean, beautiful spacious room with balcony and spectacular view. Excellent breakfast buffet, real dishes and silverware and so many attendants replenishing food and cleaning up. Also had dinner at the Bistro one evening. The salmon was the best in a long time. Nice touch was having umbrellas in our building in case of inclement weather to walk to main building. Weather beautiful and we did not need it. "

"Great place to stay in Bar Harbor. The included breakfast was very limited. I asked for eggs and they said the only option was with a liquid pre-mix which I refused. I think most people would be happy with real eggs and some type of bread. Service was very friendly!"

"Note: We stayed in early May, before peak season. We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The hotel itself, the staff, the breakfast. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. We asked for late checkout on our last day because we wanted to go for one last hike and then come back and shower, and it was not a problem at all. I imagine that would be different had it been peak season, so I'm glad we booked in the off season. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bar Harbor. "
