“We have booked double rooms and they gave us disability rooms without even informing us, receptionist couldn’t speak English and didn’t want talk to us or resolve the issues, we slept uncomfortably the nights we were there. In the morning I spoke to to the manager of the hotel he didn’t want even apologise very bad hotel I will never recommend to anyone.”

“Check in was easy. Sultan was friendly and nice and spoke really good English. The helpers helped carry the bags from the vehicle to the room. The apartment and rooms were clean. The location is really good. Short walking distance to stores and restaurants. They accommodates a late check out as well.
The rooms are not and the apartment is spacious. Highly recommend it for families. Kids have able space.
I decided to stay again in the same hotel on me return to fly out of jeddah.
