“We really enjoyed our two night stay! The neighborhood, safe parking, private patio were all awesome! Only downfall of this property is the cleanliness. Towels smelled of mildew and the bathroom floor was sticky upon arrival. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and will say it was so nice to be so close to Universal Studios! Super quick & cheap uber ride there and back. Thank you again for having us!”

“Only one issue: dissatisfied at the way the host addressed a beeping carbon monoxide alarm. The unit was beeping right when we arrived at the house at 4pm. Contacted the host right away and was told someone would come by. Left the house and came back around 9:30pm to a still beeping alarm. Message host and was told they would follow up. We could not sleep due to the sound so had to go buy batteries and replace the unit. Thankfully, it was a battery issue. But it could have been an actual carbon……

“We were so pleased! The beds and couch were comfortable! The entire space was clean. I was pleased with the space and the A/C. The kitchen had the things we need. The fridge was big and pristine. The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience.”
