“Room and building were clean, and reception staff were friendly. However, several issues let the stay down. Parking is very limited and cost an extra $15/day — not disclosed at booking. Despite paying, I once had to use a disability park as no other spaces were free. The room is advertised for 2–3 people. “We love our stay here. Not only coffee and tea, they do have chocolate provided. They do have dish soap available in the kitchen which is nice. The room is cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again when we're in Hamilton.”

“The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed except paper towels and napkins. The laundry was very useful. It is connected to the cruise ship terminal, so very convenient. Also plenty of shopping and restaurants, etc. In walking distance. My only complaint is the NOISE! Every night, all night, people walking back from partying, talking loudly, revving motorcycles just outside the room, etc. Big trucks coming in to resupply the cruise ships at 4 am. Right outside the apartment. Not……
