“A casa é muito boa Só alguns problemas na cozinha mas é normal lugar bem localizado perto das igrejas onde eu estava indo perto do centro tem linhas de ônibus para Nova York recomendo bastante para quem vai sozinho ou vai num grupo de mais ou menos umas três pessoas tem quatro quartos para aproveitar então tem muita opção quem for lá e quiser alugar compensa”

“Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather. This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. ”

“Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”
