“Room not available until 7p, check in time 3pm. Unable to watch TV due to satellite issues when arrived, waited for 30-45min with no improvement before calling front desk, was told sumbody be done and waited another 40 min, went to front desk just to find out what going on and that person left because shift over and oncoming staff did not know anything. Staff was unable to fix tv issue and told me there was nothing they could do. I had to problem solve and fixed myself but it kept losing signal……
