「We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff went out their way to correct any problems and even upgraded to a bigger room. Hotel is clean and smells fresh, easy access in and out the building using the code and room Kay feeling safe. It was only 7 minute walk to Oxford street and to Hyde park with lots of transportation if it was needed. Over all great customer service and lovely hotel and we will be staying again on the near future.」

「I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.」
