Our family had such a good stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was in great condition and the communication with owner was great. We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The positives:The unit was very clean and well appointed. The appliances are very new. It is located close the pool and beach access. The first floor location made it easy to use the stairs and not have wait for the elevator. The negatives were minor. It is a bit on the small side for 6 adults. It is directly above and very close to the pool. So every time someone entered or left the pool you could clearly hear a loud "bang" when the gate closed. A bit of a limited view by the dune but we did not have an issue with it.The issue and reason for the overall rating of a "1".The air conditioning stopped working about noon on Thursday. I contacted the host who was able to have a repair company out that day. Unfortunately they could not repair the AC as they did not have the parts available. He then contacted a second company that came out on Friday. We were initially excited about that as we made the assumption he communicated to the second company what the issue was and they would come prepared to fix the unit. However that was not the case. When I met them at the unit they were totally unaware of the issue and were only coming out on a normal service call. So, like company #1, they could not repair the unit. Had they repaired the unit on Friday I would not be posting this review as we understand that things can happen. What did happen is that we spent two miserably hot days in the condo with very high humidity. We asked for "reasonable" consideration he stopped responding.

Great find in Windy Hill

My daughter and I were so grateful to have found this wonderful property in Windy Hill - a less crowded area of the Grand Strand but still close to everything. The newly renovated condo was amazing and fully stocked. Very clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate for check-in and check-out. Property owners were available throughout stay in case we needed anything. You cannot beat the view from this condo from both inside and from the extra large covered outside space. I would highly recommend this property!
