Great Location

Pros: Location - right on the beach and it wasn't crowded most days; close to Barefoot Landing Fully furnished Relatively clean Quiet Responsive management company Cons: We couldn't get one of the sliding doors to the balcony to lock. Not an issue for us with older kids, but it would be for a family with small kids.

New Years Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Watetpoint 1, the building overall is wonderful and the common area is beautiful and very family friendly. The pool was perfect and never crowded and obviously the easy beach access can't be beat. The condo itself was just as advertised and had everything you coukd possibly want or need for a vacation. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The furniture was a little dated, but thats really the only knock. The owners amd management company were super responsive and kind and that makes a huge difference for me. I would most definitely rent from them again. Overall great experience and my family cannot wait to be back in North Myrtle Beach this spring!

Perfect Vacation

Amazing stay! Condo was exactly as advertised. Fully equipped and updated kitchen. Fantastic location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Only steps from the beach. Great amenities with indoor pool/hot tub and outdoor pool. Nice air conditioned sitting area downstairs that had several different places to sit. Condo perfectly located with barefoot landing only a mile away. Grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf etc all within a few miles of the condo. Condo is very well managed. Super professional. We were provided with very clear directions about everything and Randy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to everyone. We were sad to leave, but we hope we can return to this exact condo next year. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, nicely kept up property and condo.

Great location beautiful view - needs a few upgrades

We had a great time - 4 adults and 2 kids (age 8). The views from the porch were beautiful. A few suggestions - ceiling fans in the bedrooms are a must. It was very hot and we had to go buy fans at Walmart because it wasn't getting cool enough at night. The mattresses have seen better days as have the sheets. The comforter was nice. The upgrades to the kitchen are beautiful. New silverware is needed along with some extra pots and pans. Because of COVID we couldn't order out or get delivery other than pizza. Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. were all booked. We called a dozen places to get takeout and the phones just ran off the hook. So we had to cook. We had to buy a pot to do a low country boil as well as some knives. There are only a few knives which were not sharp at all and there was no knife sharpener. We didn't access the pool because there was a 10 person limit and no one was abiding by that. Other than that it was a very nice place. Randy was very responsible as was the property manager.

Short Family Vacation

This is a peaceful place to enjoy family and friends. The beach was very clean and the condo was enjoyed by all ages. Property Manager was very easy to contact and prompt to answer questions.

Nice property in an excellent location.

Great location directly on the beach and super convenient to anything one needs while on vacation. The building is well-maintained. Make sure you have flip-flops if you’re going to use the outdoor pool as the pool deck is paved with large stones that are very uncomfortable to walk barefoot on. The condo itself is nice enough. We all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is updated beautifully. The furnishings and decor in the living areas and bedrooms could use updating and lack a cohesive theme—feels worn and like it was all kind of cobbled together. The entire place badly needs new flooring, and it’s too bad that bathtubs weren’t updated with the rest of the bathrooms because they make both baths feel dated. Direct communication with the owners was excellent and quick, but the “form letter” emails and packet of instructions really should feel more welcoming and less punitive and harsh.

Fun week!

We had a great time. The bunk bed room was a little small than expected and no closet space but they just hung their stuff in our closet. Having a washer and dryer was huge so we could wash towels for showering. We had everything we needed and had a great stay!

End of Summer Last Hoorah

We loved our stay at unit 804. Very clean and updated. Beautiful oceanfront views from the balcony. I wish the wifi was password secure. Had to use my data because my phone kept getting weird messages with the wifi on. The couches have seen better days, but they were clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Debbie was very responsive to some questions we had while staying. A wonderful trip and a very pleasant stay.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Owner/rental co was easy to deal with. Location was perfect..near to restaurants & direct oceanfront. Few recommendations; add a ceiling fan to the living room & master bedroom; please, please, demand the HOA do something about the pool deck. The med sized stones used in between the square pavers are absolutely brutal on your feet. Every person there was complaining. It can't cost but a few hundred dollars to seal that small of an area...absolutely horrible and near impossible to walk on without shoes. We would definitely rent again when in the area.

Amazing Location!

We had a great time and will definitely be staying there again. The condo was gorgeous and updated. The beds were really comfy and the view was spectacular! Any questions we had were answered immediately by the owner. I wish we could've stayed longer. Next time for sure!
