3 BR unit sleeps 12 w/ 1 king in master bedroom, 2 doubles in 2nd bedroom, 2 doubles in the 3rd bedroom, & a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has a full kitchen, 4 flat screen televisions, & a private oceanfront balcony.

New Mattresses installed in December of 2024!!!

Located at 300 North Ocean Blvd, this delightful resort is in a prestigious location with a lazy river, indoor pool outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and astonishing landscaping. Recently added features include a convention facility, exercise and fitness center and a restaurant. These units are perfect for a romantic getaway, family beach vacation, or just a trip for relaxing and unwinding!

The unit had beautiful views. The Avista staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean however the furniture in the living room was very dirty and stained. The paint on the doors in the bedrooms was peeling.

We had a great time. The unit was clean and spacious. The cabinets were stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed. Water pressure was great in all the showers and we never ran out of hot water even after several people showering. Only complaint was the master bathtub was draining very slowly and tub would start to fill. View was amazing! Pools, lazy river and outdoor facilities were nice. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast buffet every morning. Resort is very walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and bars. Great location! I highly recommend this rental.

Livingroom upholstery furniture needs cleaning, very dirty. There was hair in all tubs and two sinks, toilet in master bath was not clean. Also needed to be more towels and wash clothes. We enjoyed our stay, however we were disappointed to find these things.

Vacation

We spent 10 days at this condo and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, the view is gorgeous. The condo is well supplied. The resorts amenities were great! My only issue, and it was a minor one, was that we had to check in at the Realty office and again at the registration desk at the resort. I much prefer being able to go directly to the condo without all the middlemen. Fortunately, it was not busy, and the check-in process was quite smooth. Overall, it was a fabulous vacation, and I would return there again and again!

The unit was ok. Furniture in desperate need of updating. Unit was not clean. Was given a lick and promise by whomever “cleaned”. I had to clean all 3 bathrooms. Floors were filthy! Because of that, I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies. Ispent most of my first day cleaning and disinfecting everything. Sheets do not fit the beds and popped anytime we moved during night. The fact that there is NO washer/dryer escaped me. My bad for not checking. We will not return as I hate going home with dirty laundry. The balcony was nice. The layout is nice

Myrtle Beach Get Away

Overall everything was great. The location right on the ocean was amazing. The pool and lazy river was excellent. The place itself could be cleaner. The vents in the bathrooms were blocked with dust and popcorn ceiling also had dust clinging to it. We arrived late at night,picked up the key but had to go back the next day to sign the form. If we didn't have a rental car this would have been inconvenient. Maybe leave the form with the key so we didn't need to go back to the office. The staff at Avista was wonderful.

Family spring break

Fantastic trip to North Myrtle Beach. Close enough to visit Grandma and also enjoy the beach. Quiet area & felt very safe walking to Main Street. Condo well equipped for fixing breakfast and snacks.

Overall Great Stay!

We were pleased with our stay. Great location! Plenty of room for a large family. Best views in town! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The only thing that we can complain about was that the mattresses could be replaced as they are not very comfortable and seem worn out. A Skywalk from the parking garage across the street would be nice as well. I already have referred several friends to this place as we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to relax

We had a great family vacation! I loved the view, the ease of living and how close we were to fun outings. The staff of Avista were super kind and helpful and the condo was clean and had all that we needed with the acceptation of a washer and dryer. The resort has a washer room but just a heads up, you’ll need lots of quarters. It was a fabulous place, our kids loves the pools and lazy river and the beach location is perfect for families. Thanks again!

Stay at Avista

Check in process was very chaotic, as it was our first time there. Unsure where to park & unload - very crowded. Staff at Avista very helpful. The condo had a beautiful view and room for everyone. Clean and comfortable. Bath towels provided but limited in quantity. We felt very at home :) The Avista staff worked hard keeping the property clean and tidy- very appreciated💜. Thank you for making our family vacation and first time in North Myrtle Enjoyable!

Good but could be better

When we first arrived we loved it. Quickly check in very nice staffing, everyone really helping so we could have a good time, great pools and awesome area to be ,steps from really goods restaurants and stores. The apartment have a great view and very spacious and was very accommodating for our family and friends we were 10. Just some cons: the matress all beds need to be upgraded and as we were cooking in there more kitchen utensils would be good. And what made me more sad was that the apartment did not have a laundry in it . With children a laundry for us is a most have but I think i forgot to check as i was sure that have it, but the building has a coin ones not the same but it wpuld be better if it was inside the apartment. Overall we had such a good and fun time there.

Filthy!

Location was great. Amenities would have been nice, had they worked. Hot tubs were broken the entire stay. Condo was absolutely filthy. We had to clean before we could enjoy. Furniture worn, linens old and stained. Tv broke in living room, clogged bathroom sink. Could have spent same amount on a place much better maintained.
