Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group has been going to Myrtle area for years and found these accommodations very clean and well maintained. Great unit...terrible upstairs neighbors

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit itself was excellent, no issues. We did encounter significant issues with the people who were in the unit directly upstairs from us. They were either running, jumping or bouncing something heavy across the entire unit starting after 10:00pm and it continued until after 3:00am. One of the guys went up to ask them to stop and although he was never directly threatened he clearly did not feel comfortable speaking with them. I would highly recommend that someone look into who is or was staying or living in that unit. Until the situation is rectified I would not rent this unit to another golf group
