Our stay with Julie was great as usual. The property location is great along with the beach and ocean views. The room was as advertised and comfortable. The check in process was simple. The heating and AC worked without issue. The property is maintained well and is safe. We will be staying with Julie and Big Fish on our next trip.

Great location!!

About 1/2 mile from Alabama concert venue! Lots of restaurants close by, Food Lion less than a mile away. Condo on the beach with a great view. Wish the weather had cooperated!

Had a wonderful stay here. Property was very clean. There was a minor issue with the toilet not flushing however the communication reply by the rental property was extremely quick and the issue was resolved immediately. Check in and out was very easy process was very easy. Can not go wrong for the price!

It was perfect for us and a great price! We were there for baseball spring break with our son. There was a lot of communication before our stay but that all made arrival and deleting the rental so smooth. They answered any of our questions quickly and completely. The accommodation included bands for pool and beach access. It completely met our needs. No issues at all during our stay.

The condo had an amazing view of the pools and beach. The condo was adequately equipped although it was just my sister and I staying there. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the condo very cool on some hot summer days. Julie was very responsive and answered texts right away. Emails and texts provided clear instructions for check in/out which made those processes very easy. There were a couple of cleaning issues that were communicated to Julie and she responded back almost immediately which I appreciated. Overall we had a good experience and some great sister time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cover Resort! Our family was looking for heated pools and hot tubs since the temperatures would be cool. We were very happy with this choice. The view of the ocean was lovely, the condo itself was very clean and as described, and it met all our needs. It was easy to park and the elevators were fast. Various restaurants and shopping were close but still needed to drive to them. The resort overall is a bit dated but clean. One negative would be the lack of hooks in the condo to hang towels, suits, and clothing to dry on. Would recommend overall!

My son and I went to the beach to watch the World's Strongest Man and the location was excellent to shopping and food. The room had a great view of the ocean, entrance was easy and the parking deck was great as it rained one night.

The unit itself was exactly as described. The resort is older and has some issues.

Propery managers were very available. One of the elevators broke every day I was there, had to climb 9 flights of stairs one day and one of the hot tubs was broken as well.

Good location

This was a decent condo, but not great. I could tell that it has had a lot of traffic. Definitely needs painted / general maintenance. The elevators to our tower were out the first two days we were there, and only 1/2 got repaired. Overall, not a bad experience, and the price was good, so we were satisfied. The beach was great and the area has lots of restaurants and things to do.
