The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: You are able to bring up to 2 vehicles. **ONE OF THE VEHICLES IS REQUIRED TO BE PARKED IN THE OVERFLOW LOT, 2 BLOCKS AWAY. ONLY 1 VEHICLE IS PERMITTED ON THE ACTUAL COMPLEX LOT** The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available. Please be advised that there is a ring camera.



Kitchen: Fully stocked. Coffee machine



Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views.



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Balcony access!



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed.



Bedroom 3: Two twin XL beds.



Bathrooms: 2 additional full bathrooms.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared complex pool! - CLOSED for 2026 season and will open on Good Friday in March 2027..



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.



A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use thermostat.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in an amazing section of North Myrtle Beach!

✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 16.5 miles

🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 1 mile

🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 3.4 miles

🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 3 miles

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine Pest Control happens every month on the 3rd Tuesday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
