*This unit is located on the Southern side of the building.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Pool is shared with the guests of the north side of building.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are allowed at this property.

*Charcoal grills on property.

*Washer/dryer in laundry room.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Note: Home is currently for sale. If there is a showing during your stay, you will be notified and a licensed Realtor will be there and lock up when they leave. Showings only take about 5-10 minutes, and you are welcome to be in the home or out of the home - just go about your vacation as usual!

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

We welcome wholesome gatherings like family reunions, baby showers, milestone celebrations, and small retreats—but please note that our home is not a venue for house parties or loud events.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed. ***IF YOU HAVE NOT VACATED THE PROPERTY BY 10:00AM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $200 FEE***.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation.
