“We had a great stay! The property was cute and close to everything. We got up early and went whale watching just minutes away. The road outside was noisy but they provided ear plugs which was nice.”

“Not even close to the beach. No instructions were sent to access the property prior to my arrival. Kitchen did not include a microwave. Shower, bathroom and bed were ok, but the water quality was terrible on my hair.”

“The view of the aunset was spectacular!! Condo was as presented. This is a beautiful location steps from the beach. There was absolutely nothing we could complain about with the condo other than it we definitely noticed it was spider season, we found several in the unit. I did mention this to the manager and he said he would handle it immediately. This is nothing I fault the owners or manager about, considering the location and shrubbery around the units. The owner communicated well, she helped……

“Good location, only 10 minutes to beach. Host was very nice/helpful. Nice to have parking spot on driveway. The room was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. I would stay again if I visited Newport.”

“Deck was a wonderful place to watch the sun go down over the ocean. Also a great deck to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The bed was comfy. Nice cabin feel. The highlight were all the starfish we found on the rocks in front of the unit at low tide.”

“We enjoyed our time at the Tides by the Sea. The location was great for us - quieter but still with wasy access to the beach and the prom. Management was great and very welcoming. The only thing I would criticize is the room had more furnishing than needed making it more crowded. We had planned to cook several meals but it was difficult in the tiny kitchen. The little kitchen is perfect for snackers though. We have rented places for less money with larger kitchens but this really is minor. We……
