“While the property does advertise dog friendly rooms please be advised that dogs apparently are not allowed anywhere on the grass and there is no designated dog relief area. When asked where to take my dog I was essentially pointed towards the neighbor's houses along the street. Also at $45 (after taxes) per dog, per night their dog fee is a little higher than most hotels. Beyond that, it took me 3 days of going back and forth to the office to get refunded something I should not have been……

This was way more than we expected in a beach town. No sand to be found in the cottage. Amenities were all we needed. Thank you for the coffee and brewer!”
