Seaside 1 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4, with Oceanfront Pool/Hot Tub & Private Dock

Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 5 for a family with young children. Rest, relaxation, gentle ocean breezes, the sound of the waves, the smell of the sea......come and enjoy, you deserve it. Our Amazing oceanfront, renovated 1100 sq.ft. one bedroom condo is ground level, so no stairs to climb. The pull out sofa is Queen sized so lots of room. The location of this suite provides a nice and cool condo in the summer and is comfortably warm in the winter. We are located in the back building close to the property entrance, easy offloading of your luggage, our entrance is by the parking lot . Our condo offers ocean and garden views. We have a Private Oceanfront pool and hot tub, the Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool opens on or around May 1st and close September 30th., There is also a tennis court, on-site laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, local land line, new furniture, Queen sized bedroom and large queen sized pull-out sofa, large ground level patio with water views and modern decor. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to getaway. Inn of the Sea offers seaside recreation, peaceful relaxation, natural beauty, and tranquility. Go dip your toes in the ocean, we're located right on the water, just 20 steps from our condo.
We offer an ocean-side heated pool & hot tub. There's a private dock for boat moorage, crabbing & fishing, a playground for the kids, tennis court, bar-b-ques and a beach side fire

There is plenty of wildlife that surrounds the area - hummingbirds, blue herons, bunnies, bald eagles, deer, river otters, seals, and maybe even Orca's in the channel. Just down the road there is an original Old English pub (the Crow & Gate) along with other great restaurants in the area, golf courses, and its a short 20 minute drive into Nanaimo. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you ..... Please come and enjoy this wonderful place. We are located 15 minutes South of Nanaimo, 70 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes from the town of Ladysmith. BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are only ten minutes away. Need more room, we own the Studio suite above this unit (VRBO #1113986), and also another 2 bedroom unit (VRBO 851361).

This is a great place to stay with family. The condo was clean and the resort is family orientated. We enjoyed that we had access to both the pool and the ocean.

My family and I have been visiting this location every summer for 8 years. The Inn of the sea is a great location for families. You have both the beach and the pool, both of which, can provide hours and hours of fun. The condo is lovely; recently renovated, warm and clean and has all you need to make your stay feel like home. Highly recommended!

Was looking for some place really quiet and easy to relax for a couple of days before meeting up with family in Victoria. It was so peaceful here! Pretty much spent all day just sitting on the patio soaking it in. Cooked a couple of nice meals -- kitchen was well set up and had a good variety of cookware. A friend came over from the mainland and slept on the hide-a-bed; he said it was an especially comfortable one, so good to know. Would definitely stay again.

Very relaxing and peaceful spot! Not right on the water so you need to get up and go for a walk to enjoy the sunrise, but it is well worth the walk and time on the dock! Nicely updated and comfortable condominium. Thoroughly enjoyed our mornings, walking the tide waters and beach-combing. The unit is only 20min from Ladysmith, and has some very good pub/restaurants close by. Thanks for letting enjoy your condo!

We are unable to get away for any decent length of time so this two nighter was fantastic for us! Had just the right amenities to feel like we were on a real vacation. (The woods, the water, the BBQ set ups and pool) Everything we needed was available in the condo. Would stay again!

Excellent 1 bedroom condo - great condition; comfortable and lovely location. A few steps bring you right to the ocean front and the view across the Islands to the coastal mountains, the call of the birds in the morning. Peaceful and enjoyable despite the November rain.

The condo is very clean and modern and stays cool in the evening even though the temp hit 30 deg C during the day. The complex is very family friendly as there were lots of young families around but noise was never an issue for us. There isn't anything in walking distance in terms of restaurants/pubs so you will have to drive to get to sort of place. The owner was great to deal with and even provided a crib and high chair for our little guy. The lack of in suite washer/dryer was a bit of a bummer considering we stayed a full week but there is laundry facilities on the condo grounds. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Place was clean and very quiet and nice view. It had everything we needed. Loved the crow and gate pub-awesome food and the hike on the Roberts memorial trail.. only issue was coffee maker - love my coffee on the am and had issues making a decent cup of coffee in the maker so we just went to coco cafe which was great

We stayed at the Inn of the Sea and had a great time. We appreciated the comforts of the well maintained condo and grounds, the walks by the ocean in the evening. My son loved the pool and the badminton net. Its close proximity to the highway made it easy to sightsee the coast. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the island and recommend others to stay here too!

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. Our kids really enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the campfire near the pool and exploring the beach at night. The owner was very accommodating and the accommodations were easy to access and room. There is a more than adequate grocery store nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed and the couches were comfy. The rest of the property was tranquil which is what we were looking for to decompress. Would highly recommend for those looking to catch up on some reading near the water.

This condo is quite large for a one bedroom. The kitchen and living areas are newly appointed and really nice. The owner is very attentive, accommodating and helpful with all inquiries. I especially liked the fact there is a hot tub year around and a pool (although not heated during winter months). The location of Inn of the Seas is perfect. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but also within 20 minutes of the bigger city of Nanaimo. I would recommend this resort and unit 127.
