Stayed with my two kids and really appreciate the oversized recliners, huge TV, board games and the attention to small details (couch blanket, tissue boxes, laundry baskets, etc.). "The Pipeline Place exceeded my expectations. The interior design was comfortable, super clean, bright and beautifully decorated. We liked the big front porch and the yard kept the pup happy. Just a note, the neighbors have a lot of vehicles and loud dirt bikes. Some may not care for that initial impression and we were a bit wary at first. However, they were very courteous, kept to themselves and didn't ride late. so it was really no issue. The owner is very responsive and check in was so easy....

"This property was perfect and close enough location to the airport and spot on with the rental description! It was clean, well stocked, and easy to find! Great location for short daily trips to Chena Hot Springs, Santa Claus House, downtown Fairbanks, Paws for Adventure, and Chena Lakes. "The home is beautiful, clean, spacious! The bedroom layout was perfect! The host was kind and very generous with his time to come over and help with the front door lock as the temperature outside made a glitch to open upon arrival. Having a heated garage was such a blessing !! Not sure if host made the “welcome” basket with snacks and ramen and that was such an added surprise! PERFECT PERFECT! My BEST experience with a VRBO! "One of the cleanest VRBO we have ever set foot in. Very large and roomy. Huge TV, nice kitchen, convenient location, quiet and comfortable. We walked to Fred Meyer for groceries, to Brewsters for dinner, Big Rays for gloves and hats and to our friends house. Very comfortable bed. The unit has its own driveway which was super convenient. We used the washer and dryer so we came home with clean clothes. I highly recommend this property."

"This little purple house was exactly what our family needed for our 12 day stay! Communication with Tera and Bobby was excellent. The bed and her couch bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the best was the couple cold bottles of water and a little bin with a couple snacks. This worked perfect to tide us over until we were able to go get groceries!! It was very clean, had multiple outlets, fast WiFi, plenty of hot water and it was just a fabulous stay....

"Our family had a wonderful stay! This was a bucket list trip for my wife’s mother who turns 80 this year. She’s always wanted to see the Northern Lights…and we did! Once on a tour and AGAIN right over our heads at this awesome cabin. The cabin is very cozy will all the conveniences need for our family of 5. The surroundings are very private and peaceful and North Pole, AK has all you need to stay provisioned. Fairbanks is 20-25 minutes away and is a great little town. We highly recommend staying...

"Enjoyed this cozy cabin with my son! About 50 yards from the river and while there is a cabin next door, it's very private. Enjoyed the local ice carving, sled dog tour and ice fishing. Didn't see the northern lights this time but have to leave something for the next trip! Def recommend this place!"
