“We loved our stay at The Statler! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Gorgeous downtown hotel with tons of amenities and features. The speakeasy was excellent and the views from the rooftop bars can’t beat! We’ll definitely stay again! ”

“Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. There was a wet spot, dog food and hair still on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping came up and cleaned it right away, but it was pretty gross walking into that. The bed really comfortable.
