Bayfront Haven is located in the lovely seaside village of North Rustico, set on PEI’s North Shore. View spectacular sunset skies over the Bay from the back deck of this charming one-and-a-half story home. Enjoy the nearby lighthouse rotating its enchanting beam on your property and breathtaking bay and ocean vistas from your master bedroom. Lobster boats troll by your deck, as herons stalk their prey and eagles and ospreys fly overhead. Rustico National Park Beach is right across the road, with its scenic bike path overlooking ocean cliffs. Paddle your Kayak right from your backyard or join village skippers for deep sea fishing. Stroll on the bayside boardwalk into this popular harbour village that compliments its colorful fishing shanties with all the amenities, award-winning restaurants and the world-class Watermark Theatre. Centrally located within 30 minutes of Charlottetown and Summerside, with four golf courses nearby, this vacation beach house features two tier decking, an outdoor shower and a beautifully landscaped yard bordering on 160 feet of waterfront!

COULDN’T HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!!

This property is NOT just about the perfect location, there is a lot to be said for the bay 50 meters from the front deck with a lighthouse, fishing boats coming and going, along with the tide levels all kinds of wildlife...eagles, herons, fox . Then there is the beautiful beach 200 meters behind, a long sandy and clean area. The beach has a lifeguard on duty, The location makes all the services of North Rustico accessible by walking. This property is well kept, solid, clean & private, VERY well equipped and is capable of sleeping up to 8 persons, if you can manage only 2 bathrooms...it has modern windows, ceiling fans & AC. It also has a great library of books, a large kitchen table, a bbq and lots of seating both inside and out. All in all, our group was REALLY REALLY happy with this property!!!
