Only one minor issue is you can hear the other people's doors shutting and its quite loud, a few times I thought it was my door, but i felt pretty safe and...

Very new, needs a few more "pots and pans",kitchen-family room door to outside needs to be open for ventilation but at present only way to accomplish that is to prop with a chair plus area is open with people and workers wandering by..safety was a concern. transportation (bus) was a fair distance, but doable.
