"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great Spring Break at Fantasea! It’s a very spacious and well appointed house that sits right on the beach. All as advertised in the pics and description. Incredible views. The beach is quiet - not desolate, but we had lots of space to ourselves and never felt crowded by other beach goers. We were disappointed that there was no grill, but we rented one from Beach Bliss rentals for about $150 for the week. A reasonable solution. The TV room has comfortable furniture that accommodated our family (including 3 big teenage boys) comfortably and the big TV was great for watching basketball and movies. The kitchen had all of the cooking utensils and cookware that we needed. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The showers in all bathrooms were underwhelming, but the great jacuzzi bathtubs made up for that. Landmark was extremely responsive to the (minimal) questions we raised - where can we rent a grill, how do we get the hot tub turned on. Great house, great location, great trip. We’ll be back!"

"What a treat to stay at Resting Beach Face! We loved it initially for its name but after having the pleasure of staying there, loved it for its comfort, convenience and cleanliness. It is situated on a beautiful beach. In March it was quiet and cool, a perfect spot to walk our pup, read some books and unwind. It was just right! We would love to return again and again!!!! Thank you!!!!"

"Thank you AGAIN for being wonderful hosts for our Pastor's Wives Retreat! We have already set dates for next year and will be ataying here for the 3rd year. We love that the fellowship areas are on the same floor but not overwhelming 'sound wise' when we are all there. The hot tub was great, the games were plentiful, and the chexk out process a breeze! Til next year! "

"The host, Kyle, is quick to respond. Beautiful home in a great location. Kitchen is well stocked and lots of thoughtful details you don't find in most rentals. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Highly recommended."
