「Very nice stay for the 1 day」

「The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.」

「While early clean there was hair on the bathroom floor when I arrived.」

「A great place to rest with a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.」

「The room was decent, and spacious, good breakfast, but we had a very hard time at night because of the people at the next door motel, who drank, and yelled for hours outside.」

「The hotel was overall a great place to rest. I liked that there was a 24-hour gym because I would usually stretch or do cardio before going to sleep.」

「The property was in excellent condition. Every area was clean and decorative. Staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast had a lot of options. Seen gym and sorry I didn't have time to use any of the equipment. We will use this Hotel every time we're visiting our Family.」

「I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.」

「Electrical tape covering outlets that didn't have covers. Weird light-colored stain on the carpet between bed and nightstand. TV screen was dark and couldn't be adjusted. AC worked just fine. The waffle tasted strange. Never had one that tasted like that. Can't even explain. Didn't eat it.」

「When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology.」
