Magical & Relaxing Space

My family and I loved every second of our stay at Cayman Breeze. It was wonderful to avoid some of the crowds from Seven Mile Beach and really get to explore from a more secluded base. We’d be back in a heartbeat.

Nice location and comfortable stay

Overall the condo was a great setup for a family with 2 kids. The pool was perfect for some daytime fun and the property was safe and easy to navigate too. The host was quick to respond and also provided some great restaurant recommendations ahead of our stay. The only reason I didn’t rate this property a 5 was due to cleanliness. Like most vacation rentals, it’s in need of a deep clean but depending on your standards, it may be acceptable to many people.

This was our third stay at the Cayman Breeze condo. Ken and Susan are excellent hosts and we had such an enjoyable time in their condo that we are planning to return again next year!

Great place for a getaway!

We enjoyed our stay verymuch--was close to Rum Point and had everything we needed. Enjoyed snorkeling from shore and swimming in the pool-- very peaceful and relaxing location. Owner was very kind and responsive to questions/needs.Couldnt recommend more, thanks!!!

Quiet escape at North Pointe

We enjoyed our stay at Cayman Breeze. The condo has all the basic amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and direct access to the beach. It's not a walking beach but beautiful to look at. From the condo you can only see the beach through screens and shutters, however, which took some getting used to. It was quite windy, and we spent the days swimming at Rum Point and Seven Mile. Easy check in and check out. Quiet area. Nice spot for our first visit to the island.

Cayman Breeze winter vacay

4 of us spent a wonderful week exploring both land and sea basing from Cayman Breeze, a 2nd floor condo on the road to Rum Point.Accomodations were clean and very comfortable - a small grocery/liquor store just up the road Heartily recommend to you! Hosts were very accommodating.

Calm and relaxing condo

Very nice and quiet area of the island! Only a few minutes drive from Rum Point and from groceries. The condo was well furnished and equipped. The pool was nice and clean. Since you're on the north side, it can get pretty windy! The beach was nice, but the ocean was pretty rocky and filled with weeds. We ended up going to Rum Point for all of our swimming

Beautiful stay

We had another wonderful stay at the Cayman Breeze. The new couch and sofa are very comfortable. Everything is well appointed, and ready for your beachfront stay.

We enjoyed the beach out back, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Condo was beautifully decorated and up to date. Great place to get away for some quiet or travel 5 min to Rum Point where many gather on the lounge chairs.

Excellent getaway spot

The best part about the property is that it is on the other side of the island and it’s not congested with cruise passengers when a lot of ships are in. There’s a lot of conveniences around the property. The pool was nice, the water was nice, but bring water shoes. The hosts were great and very communicative if you needed anything. Would recommend many times, however to all of my friends and family. So if you’re looking for a place to go, this is the best place!

Peaceful stay in paradise

The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need! Super comfy beds, nice pool, and a completely empty, quiet beach made this the most relaxing vacation. The proximity to rum point (5 mins) and east end (20 mins) was super convenient, and even the drive out to seven mile beach wasn’t too bad (~45 mins). Our hosts were also very responsive to any questions I had. This was the perfect stay!

We had a girl's trip to Grand Cayman this past week, and Caymen Breeze was just perfect for us. The condo had everything we needed plus great ocean views! We were a short distance from Rum Point, and with our rental car we went all over the island. We highly recommend Cayman Breeze!

Beautiful Cayman Breeze

Excellent accomodations on the north side of the island. Loved the lanai porch which allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the island. Heading back to chaos in Cleveland but with great memories & relaxation.

Perfect for Remote Seekers

This stay was perfect for our family who loved the remote setting away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the pool as it was perfect for our kids (we have 3 young boys). There was never anyone at it too, which was an added bonus! The host was very responsive and quick to help with any support that was needed!

Relaxing and quiet part of the islands

Accommodations were perfect for two couples. The pool was great when it was too windy on the beach. Location is close to dive shop and Rum Point. Snorkeling with the star fish was a fun experience. Definitely would return.

Our first trip to Grand Cayman did not disappoint!

My husband and I appreciated being on the quiet side of the island. Our condo unit was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We look forward to a return trip - hopefully sooner rather than later!
