"My experience at Sunshine Hotel and Suites was more than great! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the room, and the location was very convenient. There were plenty of food options nearby, and having access to the Westin across the way was a great added convenience. One thing I did not expect, however, was the $900 USD incidental hold required at check in, in addition to the resort fee. When booking through Expedia, I only saw the resort fee mentioned and did not see any information regarding the $900 hold. I believe this should be clearly included in the hotel’s policies and booking information to help avoid confusion or surprises for future guests. Aside from that, I was very pleased with my stay at Sunshine Hotel and Suites. The staff, accommodations, location, and overall experience made for a great trip, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

"Our stay at Pools of the Kai #2 was nothing short of amazing. The condo was roomy, beds comfortable, and had all we wanted and needed. We really enjoyed having the private pool in the lanai. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had all cooking supplies, and seasonings, oils, etc., that we needed. We also enjoyed grilling on the beach. Dining al fresco, while being able to enjoy sounds of the beach, and not being bothered by mosquitoes and other bugs because of the screens, was great. We enjoyed the kayaks and snorkeling. So many fun toys at this condo. The location was great, being close to the Kaibo restaurant and coffee shop, where I could walk just a couple minutes away every morning for amazing coffee. Very close to starfish point and rum point. If coming back to grand Cayman, I would 100% want to stay at Pools of the Kai #2. The hosts sent us a very nice list of information about the area, with recommended restaurants and things to do in the area. They were responsive and attentive. Thanks so much and we hope to be back!"
