「This place is great. It’s in the jungle, so with that, you have to cut some slack. It’s not even on a road, but staff will greet you at the end of the road and carry your luggage to the room for you (and from)! They also helped arrange our ride from Kualanamu (airport in Medan), our jungle trek guide, and our ride to Berestagi. The room has space, and we were able to get wifi and charge our devices. Jungle so a bit more like glamping. 」

「We only stayed overnight on the way from the airport so quite ok for that. That said our room had only half a ceiling with the rest open and connected to other rooms and the corridor. This made for a noisy night. Bed was ok but not really long enough for us as it was boxed in on 3 sides. Bags had to go under the bed. My bad was attacked by ants. Breakfast was black coffee and toast. Disappointing. Lively Hotel is the same building/entrance/facilities as something Studio also listed on this...
