"Staff was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Bed is a bit hard, and uncomfortable. Hotel is under renovation but still maintened and clean. When leaving we did encounter a man slumped over in the passenger side front seat of his car, with door wide. It was a very scary situation, especially since the car was parked right next to us. Shared the information with the front desk clerk who went out to investigate but only closed the car door and stated person was probably intoxicated and sleeping it off. Probably should have been handled differently"
